At Progress Lighting, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home lighting solutions. If your fixtures aren't a perfect fit, you can return new, uninstalled products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and visit the order history section to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Fixture

  Carefully repack the product in its original packaging, including all mounting hardware, instructions, and protective materials to ensure safe transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided return shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items for quality assurance, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
